This resource covers what it means to be an UASC, covering the history of UASC and experiences that these children and young people have endured before entering the UK.  The resource then goes on to cover legislation relating to UASC, radicalism and exploitation and provides links to support services for the children and young people and their carer.  The resource then discusses the role of the foster carer for UASC, sharing findings from our research with carers who have experience of caring for UASC.  Following this is 2 activities to give an awareness of communication difficulties when caring for UASC.

Each resource also includes Country specific information including an overview of the country, festivals and celebrations, food, activities and useful links.
